Doing better things for my liver.

Thought a workshop started at 9am - which in fact is 1130am - so have time for the proverbial coffee etc.
Dr Sandra Cabot - author of the liver cleansing diet and vitamins will be holding court and I would like to know if I can be doing better things for my liver(!)
After receiving lots of comments for my letter to the Australian Magazine recently - ie Rose, Gospel, Blue Vein and Time. Not going to get to 110! Cos I prefer my rose and blue vein cheese.
Which reminds me, I haven't indulged in a good blue vein for a while.
Anyway life cannot be all about 'health' can it? Some additives are a pre requesite for living.
Changed shifts to get this workshop happening, by all accounts it will be a glorious lunch and I am a lady who loves to lunch................. Without the income usually allocated.
Finishing reading 'Three Cups of Tea'. A curious tale of an American male nurse Greg, who devotes his life to the tiny villages that occupiy the highest ridges of Pakistan. Following his climbing attempt of K2 ie Everest. He is quite an unlikely hero. Certainly not a great administrator or even communicator. But he relates to the people he met in Pakistan.
