Nurses Professional Day.
Some topics are perenial - discharge times - heard it for the last 30 years!
Discharge early, better management of beds, flow etc etc.
A female system of order trying to be overlayed on to a monolith of a beast, the medical profession and hospital departments - uh ohhh!
Talking up nurse practitioners, more primary health care and limitations on midwives.
Some mention of burn out with senior nurses in the ED Department, but I think that is overall in nursing.
But is it a bad thing to want to rotate around in life, otherwise one's perpective gets pretty narrow. Over to you..........................
